The carbon reductions against the Part L 2013 Building Regulations for 52–58 Uxbridge Road are anticipated to be equivalent to the carbon emitted from more than 900,000 miles travelled in a family car.

  • 35% reduction in regulated CO2 emissions beyond building regulations
  • Solar panels are incorporated which could generate enough electricity to run the required cooling load for the building for 45% of the year
  • By making the WCs, taps and showers efficient yet still effective, the building is anticipated to save the equivalent of more than one Olympic sized swimming pool worth of water a year when compared to the BREEAM Water Consumption baseline
  • Over 1,000 sqm (or 10,000 sqft) have been allocated as terraces or green roofs at 52–58 Uxbridge Road. These are provided at lower and upper levels to benefit all tenants and enhance the biodiversity of the site
  • Revolution has storage for 206 cycles with excellent shower provision, along with electric car charging points
  • Revolution ensures all waste will be recycled via our waste management partners, with zero going to landfill
